Eva Longoria has joined the hoards of other celebs in the restaurant business. In partnership with celeb chef Todd English, Beso officially opened March 6th in true hollywood fashion with a red carpet vip entrance and paparazzi in full effect. Beso menu focuses on the mexican latin cusine and is on Hollywood and Ivar.

 Uber super celeb chef Wolfgang Puck was responsible for the fabulous foods served at the Hollywood and Highland Centre for the 80th annual Academy Awards. There was the perfect mix of celebs and food, but what I liked the most is that even if you weren’t nominated for an oscar at least you could say you were able to eat one. That’s right eat an oscar–Wolfgang and crew created mini chocolate gold dusted oscar statuettes!!

I mean can it get any more fabulous??

You know it can. Especially when George is in the place (sidedish: assuming that was some fine wine in his glass –George ages just like the fine wine in his glass)

 James McAvoy and a barely touched plate of food– I expect this from the women James not the men. Eat up!

I see you mr. waiter going to serve those hollywood types. Hope you got some big tips.

Oh Tilda Tilda Tilda….so many things were wrong with your dress that I guess you had to drown yourself in that fabulous chocolate concoction. Well at least two things looked good at that table.

 Even Daniel Day-Lewis was in awe of the edible oscar.

The lady with tons of fabulousity Kimora Lee (Simmons–not sure if her and Russie are divorced) at tinseltown’s vintage landmark Musso and Frank Grill.

I hope that wasn’t the only thing she decided to eat.

So it’s valentine’s day and I hope all of you are eating somewhere fabulous!

Even if you’re not eating out (I’m an advocate of romantic evenings at home) …..you know you might have forgotten that it’s v-day…. no prob, celeb chef and former restaurateur (both his NYC places closed–don’t worry Rocco’s still making dough) Rocco DiSpirito has something fantastic for you. Enjoy a nice romantic dinner with Bertolli’s frozen dinners.
They come in a variety of flavors with different sauces. Besides the super easy way to cook the dinner (literally open the bag and dump the contents into a pan) the best part is it only takes about 10 minutes to cook! The prices are pretty awesome too…if you can catch them on sale at your local grocer (hey I know my local target sells them in the frozen food section) you may spend about 5 bucks (also check the website here) other wise look for the price range between 6-8 bucks.

Although I love to cook, I can’t tell you how much I love these frozen dinners!! You come home from work and take it out the freezer and you’re meal is done once you get your self together. Love it! I try to tell as many people as I can about this product because my freezer is stocked with them.

So tonight to make your v-day evening special get whisked away to the mediterranean with a fantastic super super easy bertolli dinner. While you wait… set the mood …pour some nice chardonnay, light the candles, set the table, and play the music of love.

Ahhh I smell the perfect romantic evening.

So you already know it was Grammy weekend and the stars were in full force over in Hollywood. Tons of parties, but I’ll mention one that was featured at a restaurant.

The EMI afterparty held at legendary Dominick’s in West LA

Opened in 1948 , Dominick’s was a big Sinatra ratpack hangout. Now it still has the classic Itailan fare with an updated look and new owner, Jon Sidel (Rosanna Arquette’s husband). Stars like Drew Barrymore and Kiersten Dunst have been spotted.

(Side dish: so hey Tom Jones I know you like sort of legendary with the it’s not unusual song and whatnot, but really …what happened to you?)

Hairspray actress Nikki Blonsky (I think she’s adorable!) and E! film critic Ben Lyons went on a date at the Hollywood location of Trastevere Ristorante Italiano.

How cute are they?? I think they would make a cute couple. (side dish: I had no idea Nikki B. was that short or that Ben L. was that tall?) I hope that they finished all their food (or at least got a doggie bag).

More importantly the food looked incredible!!! Trastevere serves simple authentic italian dishes made with the finest and freshest of ingredients to bring a true taste of Italy to Hollywood. Can’t wait to try it myself!

LC  (Lauren Conrad) was spotted getting lunch at the famous celeb eatery Joan’s on third.                 

Celebs can’t seem to enough of the delicious gourmet cafe. The menu offers fresh deli sandwiches and salads annnnd I hear the cupcakes are sooooo irrestible.
